Pre-Publication Quick Check

Publishing your book yourself? Before you hit publish, our team checks your book's details against Amazon's current rules, so you can fix problems before a retailer sees them.

We check:

• Your AI disclosure: whether your text, images and translation need declaring
• Your title and subtitle: length and words Amazon doesn't allow
• Your book description: no reviews, contact details, prices or other banned content
• Your keywords and categories: accurate, and free of terms that can get a book blocked
• Reading age, for children's books

You receive a short written report by email within 5 business days, listing anything to fix and how.

After you buy: email the following to publishinglimelight@gmail.com with your order number:

1. Title and subtitle
2. Author or pen name
3. Book description
4. Up to 7 keywords
5. The categories you plan to choose
6. Your AI summary from our free AI Disclosure Helper

The Quick Check reviews your book's details only, not your manuscript or cover files. For a full review of your files, see our Full Pre-Publication Check. Amazon and other retailers make the final decision on every book, so no check can guarantee acceptance.
