The Forgotten Diet of Eden by Josh Damours and Jeremy Allen Damours

The Forgotten Diet of Eden, by Josh Damours and Jeremy Allen Damours

The Forgotten Diet of Eden: Did God Really Want Us to Eat Animals? It began with a cheeseburger. As Josh finished his meal and thought about his own pets, one simple question stopped him in his tracks: why am I eating meat?

Josh and his twin brother, Jeremy, could not have arrived at more different answers. Josh is a vegan by conviction; Jeremy happily eats meat. In this lively, honest conversation, the two brothers challenge each other at every turn, asking a question most Christians never stop to consider: what does God actually think about what we eat?

Starting in the Garden of Eden, the twins trace the story through God’s compromise after the Fall and all the way to the promises of Revelation. There is no finger-pointing and no shame here, only an open invitation to think, to talk, and to discover your own conviction about what’s on your plate and how it fits into your walk with God.
